Flagship Projects and Collective Action
— Centraide will collaborate with more than 40 neighborhood and social development tables to
co-develop local action plans focusing on food security, access to housing, and community
mobilization.
— $2.5 M will be invested in the AMPLIFIER collective project, a $50 M fund aimed at building
affordable and sustainable housing in Québec, in partnership with the Government of Québec,
Desjardins Capital, and several philanthropic foundations.
— $1.2 M will be invested to support 11 summer camps and 99 trips, in collaboration with 65
community agencies, representing an increase of $157,000 compared to 2024-2025. These camps
allow young people and families from Greater Montréal to leave the city and access nature.
Evaluations show significant gains in attitudes, skills, and competencies among the most
disadvantaged, contributing to a positive impact on their life trajectories.
